SeaSide Accommodation in Mc Dougalls Bay

Accommodation at SeaSide Self-Catering comprises 9 units, which are fully furnished. These units are similar in decoration and layout, and consist of either 1 or 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchenette, to prepare and cook meals.

Each of these units also features private braai facilities, patio and garden. DSTV and covered parking for 1 vehicle per unit. Electric fencing with remote gate.

8 x self catering units sleeping 4 each = Family of 4. Mom and Dad and 2 children, All children are welcome. Parents must bring cot for baby’s.

Total occupancy for the 8 units =32.  8 x Queen beds – 1 per unit & 16 single beds – 2 per unit.

Name of the 8 units: Mossel, Oester, Galjoen, Snoek, Walvis, Sardien, Rob en Dolfyn.

Rates (2 night stay or more) R1300.00 per night 

Seagull Unit - This unit has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sleeper couch in the launch, with 2 bathrooms each with a shower. 

Unit information: electric fencing with alarm system. Electric gate. Secure undercover parking for 1 vehicle. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook for 4 people. Automatic washing machine and vacuum cleaner. Lounge, Dstv, (hotel package) patio and braai with garden. Main bedroom bathroom -shower, basin and toilet. Second bathroom – shower and separately bath, basin and toilet

• Please note that we don’t accept 1 night bookings during the year 
• High Season must be 3 nights stay or more 
• Breakage fee of R1000.00. Refundable 7 days after check out.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel more than 30 days before check-in date to receive a 50% deposit refund.
• Cancel more than 14 days before check-in date to receive a 25% deposit refund.
• NO REFUNDS ON LEAVING EARLY OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Upon guests departure, units are stripped of all bedding and towels and sprayed with a Stericlear disinfectant agent that kills 99,9 bacteria, spores, moulds fungi and viruses, i.e Corona Virus.

Housekeeping crews will clean and sanitise the vacation rental. At this time, Housekeeping crews will also disinfect door handles, light switches, and remote controls while surveying the property to ensure rentals are fully sanitised and disinfected prior to guests arrival.
