THABA THIPA OFFERS SELF CATERING GUEST FARM ACCOMMODATION IN BELA-BELA, WARMBATHS

Thaba Thipa, which means "Mountain of the Knife", is situated on a 22-hectare farm in the heart of the bushveld, just 10 minutes north from Bela Bela on the road to Modimolle. The name Thaba or "mountain" originates from the mountain the farm is situated on. Hiking will result in beautiful scenery and offers an exquisite view of the surroundings. 

The emphasis at Thaba Thipa is on tranquility and relaxation; cool off in our refreshing pool after conquering the bush trails or watch the sunset while you prepare a fire for the evening barbecue. 

Over 100 bird species have been recorded on the farm, presenting a wonderful opportunity for bird watching.

SAFARI: Thaba Thipa is located on a 22-hectare farm with eland, impala, duiker, klipspringer and bush buck.

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION IN BELA-BELA

Accommodation consists of a log house with beautiful views and three chalets set in a tranquil surrounding. All the units have private bathrooms, TVs with full DStv access, fully equipped kitchens and private barbecue areas. For guests' pleasure, there is also a heated swimming pool and a jungle gym for the kids.

The one-bedroom chalet sleeps four guests in a double bed and bunk beds in the same bedroom. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with DStv access, fans and a private barbecue area and garden.

Eland Log Home | Sleeps 6 | Self-catering
This is a two-bedroom log house sleeping four people in a double bed and two single beds. The sleeper couch in the lounge can be converted to a double bed at R 200 per night extra to accommodate six people altogether. The home features two en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen and a TV with full DStv access.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

On arrival during registration, a form is needed to be completed with name and address of guest and to indemnify the resort against liability. The visitor also undertakes to adhere to the resort’s rules by signing a form. No pets are allowed, other than guide dogs. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
